Recently, Lynn A. Hembree, had the opportunity to work with the Colonial Place Civic League in Norfolk. The project was to produce a series of 12 "pet portraits" that would make the "Gold Star Dog Park" look more like a doggy playground. The response was to paint colorful silhouettes on 2 foot by 3 foot metal signs. The response has been overwhelmingly postitive .
